VEU -  VANGUAR D free all - world    - 20%
VWO -  Vanguard Emerging Markets Stock Index ( VWO ) - 5%
VCIT -  Vanguard Intermediate - Term Corporate Index  - 25% (  for stable)

Remaining to be done with the bonds to get a 60% =- 40% ratio.
